International financial organizations are going to reach its previous positions, so it market also going to strong again. One of the biggest companies, INFOSYS estimates that there will be demand for 2.5 lakhs job offers in this financial year.

But the IT market is not as good as 2007, and not as bad as 2008. ?This year engineering graduate?s recruitment will be 65 percent, and experience candidate?s recruitment will be 35 percent. 3, 4 years back there were 3 to 4 lakhs job offers.

For the past 18 months IT field showing low improvement rate. Now the job market is improving slowly. INFOSYS is going to Recruit 20,000 people, but campus recruitments will be less comparing to earlier. Last year INFOSYS recruited 16000 candidates, this year they are going to another 4000 more candidates.

But they have (INFOSYS) no clarity about how many candidates will be recruited through campus recruitment. INFOSYS has given 7 to 8 percent hike in salary, where as the international IT field salaries hike is only 2 percent. There are only 10 percent of people, leaved INFOSYS.
