Though it was attended by Tata group chairman Ratan Tata, Wipro chairman Azeem Premji the presentation of Dabbawalas stood as the center of attraction. No one of them is talented and did not go to the IIM and are not professionals in MBA. They are not well established and are also not as intelligent as the graduates of the universities; they are just common individuals who are leading their life by believing in their hard work.
The chain network that is run by them of carrying the lunch boxes to the employee that to ?in time? in Mumbai is their specialty and all the delegates of PepsiCo watched their services in the board of directors meeting and are wondered for that.
Nearly, two lakhs of lunch boxes from various places of Mumbai reach hand by hand and finally reach the box owner exactly by 12 in the noon. Supply the lunch boxes either by travelling in bus or in train and giving the boxes in time that to in a busy metropolitan city like Mumbai is not an ordinary issue.
