SIR,
I am a resident of Karol Bagh. My original driving licence was made in Tilak Marg. Subseqently it was renewed in Sarai kale khan because Karol Bagh was shifted to this zone. I need to renew my licence now but I have been told that I will again have to go back to Tilak Marg. Please let me know where should I go ?
