Still strict rules for Britain Student Visas | UK Visa rules

Britain is going to prevent the foreign students from coming to their country for study and break the immigration laws. From the next week onwards, new amended rules that are stricter than earlier are going to be implemented. So the students aspiring to study in Britain should have more command on English. But considerations are given in the case of students sponsored by the government. Students who go Britain for foundation degree courses are allowed to work for only 10 hours per week. Presently this figure is 20 hours per week. Students, who come for courses of six months duration, are not allowed to bring their parents. Parents whose children are studying less than degree are not allowed to work in Britain. All these rules are implemented stage wise from April, according to the Ministry for Home affairs, of that country.
